GENERAL
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms below. Please read everything carefully before placing an order.PAYMENTS
All payments are made through VGen or PayPal
I require 50% upfront before starting the commission.
The remaining 50% must be paid before the final delivery.REVISIONS
I allow unlimited revisions during the sketch stage.
Once completed, only minor changes will be possible.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
The estimated delivery time is 7-14 days, depending on complexity.
Delays may occur due to personal reasons, but I will always inform the client.
Final files will be delivered in high resolution.
USE
The artwork may be used for both personal and commercial purposes.
The client is allowed to use the artwork for social media, content, or products.
However, reselling the original artwork file or claiming authorship is not allowed.
I retain the right to post the artwork on my portfolio and social media.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain full rights to the artwork as the creator.
The client is granted rights for personal and commercial use.
However, reselling the original artwork file, redistributing it as-is, or claiming authorship is not allowed.REFUNDS
Refunds are not available once work has started.
If the commission is canceled before I begin, a full refund may be issued.
If I am unable to complete the commission, a partial or full refund will be provided depending on the progress.COMMUNICATION
Please communicate clearly and provide all necessary references before I begin.
I will keep you updated throughout the process.
Delays in client responses may affect the delivery time.
Lack of response for an extended period may result in the commission being paused or canceled.
